I. Working Principle
Using ion beam sputtering (IBS) or magnetron sputtering, alternating layers of TiO₂/SiO₂ are deposited to form a Fabry-Perot resonant cavity structure. This creates constructive interference for light waves around 560 nm, while other wavelengths are reflected or absorbed due to destructive interference, achieving narrowband selection.
